Every print is carefully packed by our specialist art handlers in Hong Kong and shipped via insured, tracked courier to collectors worldwide.
Shipping Rates
All rates are for unframed prints rolled and shipped in archival tubes. Catalogue minimum exceeds USD 500, so every single-item order ships free.
Packing & Insurance
Each print is rolled in acid-free tissue, sleeved in a moisture-barrier sheath, and shipped in a rigid archival tube. Larger formats over 90cm are shipped flat in a custom corrugated sleeve with foam edge supports.
All shipments are fully insured during transit for their purchase value. In the rare event of damage in transit, we will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Customs & Import Duties
All shipments are declared as original artworks. Many countries apply reduced or zero import duty rates to original works of art — please check with your local customs authority.
Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. We provide all necessary customs documentation with every shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx International, or a specialist art courier depending on the destination and work size.
