All works are carefully packed by our specialist art handlers in Hong Kong and shipped via insured, tracked courier to collectors worldwide.
Shipping Rates
Large & Fragile Works
Ceramics, large scrolls, and works over 60cm in any dimension are shipped using specialist art crates with foam interior suspension. These orders require a shipping quote before checkout — our team will contact you within one business day.
All works are fully insured during transit for their purchase value. In the rare event of damage in transit, we will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Customs & Import Duties
All shipments are declared as original artworks. Many countries apply reduced or zero import duty rates to original works of art — please check with your local customs authority.
Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. We provide all necessary customs documentation with every shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx International, or a specialist art courier depending on the destination and work size.
